Dessert, it’s an interesting concept, the idea of having a meal after you’ve already had a meal. But a craving is a craving, and sometimes we need to give in. Here’s my quick to make, five ingredient dessert, that should help tie anyone over.

A note on carbs before we get started though.

A 20-25g serve of Peanut Butter will have between 2-3g carbs.
10g of Whipped Cream is about 0.1g of carbs
7.5g of Cocoa Powder(1 Tablespoon) is 1.9g of carbs.

So the dessert picture would have up to, but no more, than 8-9g carbs. Even if you’ve already had 20 or so today, it’s not too bad!

Step 1: Peanut Butter

Place two tablespoons of Peanut Butter into a bowl.

Step 2: Sweetener

Sprinkle sweetener over the Peanut Butter. I personally use Hermesetas, but you can use whatever you have.

Step 3: Whipped Cream

Get the Whipped Cream out, and squirt it over the Peanut Butter.

Step 4: Cocoa Powder

And to finish the dessert off, sprinkle Cocao Powder over the top.

Tip: If you want you can use Desiccated Coconut in addition to, or replace of, the Cocoa Powder

I adapted your recipe a while back to use 90% dark chocolate shavings instead of powder, which is also awesome.

Just made this. And it’s absolutely delicious however I did add a drop of vanilla extract to the peanut butter but it definitely cured my sweet tooth.
