Strap yourselves in for this one, it’s big. There’s some 15g carbs for the whole thing, but it’s still very calorically dense, that said, you wont be able to eat much until you’re near bursting! So let’s get straight into it.

I decided that it was time to make pulled pork. I had never made it before, so I took to the internet to do research. Suffice to say, there are an immeasurable number of ways to do the job. So in the end, I opted to wing it!
Even with the volume of carrots in this, it’s still a carb-counters dream, 13.5g, that’s it! Otherwise this a fantastic meal, well rounded with all the good things….
Lunch. It’s the meal that’s most likely to happen when you’re out of the house. When you’re adapting to a new eating style, it can be difficult to think about what you can take to work, or get when on the go. It’s easy to eat well, and tastier than everyone else by just thinking outside of the box,
A Chicken and Leek pie is the perfect winter-warmer, comfort food at its finest, no less. It’s very rich and will warm you from the inside. That said, it was easily one of the best things I’ve ever tasted, right up there with the Mousakka.
Before switching to a low-carb lifestyle, pasta was one of my favorite, go-to meals. So much so that I was eating it up to three times per week. Naturally, that doesn’t fly on Keto. I recently became aware of a little something called Slim Pasta, and at 11 calories, and 0g net carbs per 125g serve, I couldn’t not try it.
I wont lie, this was a fairly half assed attempt at a bacon explosion. Unfortunately it’s, so far, impossible to get bacon strips in Australia, so I made do with what i had. It is, however, very, very easy to make, and extremely tasty.
If you need a fast lunch, or dinner, that’s going to meet your macros, and also give you a healthy serve of greens, then look no further
Osso Buco is a vaguely popular cut of meat, to be precise, it’s Veal Shank, the name Osso Buco translates to bone with a hole. It’s also delicious full of marrow, fat, and connective tissue, though because of the amount of that, it does need slightly longer to cook, making it the perfect for the slow cooker, or a great weekend dish.
Previously, I cooked up a great Pork Chili. Though it was delicious on its own, I had a lot of it to eat, and I had a lot of other odds and ends in the fridge. A little experimenting later, and here you have, some kind of Cheese-shelled Burrito. It’s a great way to get rid of leftovers!
