I hear and see it everywhere, all the time: “I could never give up bread/pasta/rice!”
Unfortunately, for some of us, it is not only a choice—I for one am wheat/gluten intolerant—but a decision. We’re tired of being the way we are, and want to change.
Of course, having grown up with staples such as fried rice, many kinds of pasta, and more, it’s hard to drop the emotional attachment.
